Institutional Partnership & Governance
The MLW Endowed Scholarship is permanently established and institutionally managed in partnership with California State University, Fresno. All assets, disbursements, and student grant distributions are governed directly through the university’s official foundation framework, ensuring long-term sustainability and transparent oversight.
